दिवंगत पेपे बद्दल हे सगळे अभिप्राय वाचून मन भरून येतं आणि अभिमान वाटतो माझ्या ' चुलत व मावस भावा बद्दल '. पेपे, आज तुला जाऊन ११ दिवस झालेत: आम्ही सर्व ' आई कामाक्षी जवळ मागणं करतो की तुझ्या पवित्र आत्म्यास सद्गती लाभो अशी '! शत शत प्रणाम!

A Tribute to Pepe Pepe, as I knew him, was a man of few words but profound action. His gentle laugh and caring presence, especially the way he would warmly ask, “How are you, Geeta?” whenever we met, are memories I will forever cherish. He dedicated his life to serving others with compassion, humility, and kindness. I personally experienced his gentleness, his quiet strength, and his unwavering willingness to help me and my family whenever we were in need. He was truly a remarkable human being who has left an indelible mark on my heart. His deep spiritual inclination and philosophical approach to life were a constant source of inspiration. I am especially grateful that he once graciously shared with me a printed copy of an insightful article he had written, where he beautifully explained how Swami Vivekananda’s philosophy could be applied in everyday life—particularly in the operating theatre—for gynecologists and fellow surgeons. His wisdom was practical, profound, and deeply uplifting. His words and actions will continue to inspire us to live lives of purpose, service, and compassion. My humble pranams to the departed soul. I pray to Aaei Kamakshi to grant him sadgati. May his legacy live on through the countless lives he touched. You will be deeply missed, Pepe, but your memories, values, and teachings will remain with us forever.

Dear Bade Sir, It is so hard to find the right words. Thank you for the kindness you showed, the patience you extended, and the wisdom you shared so generously. You didn’t just teach lessons—you shaped lives. You made each of us feel seen, capable, and valued, and those gifts will stay with us forever. I will fondly remember the short teaching sessions in theatre between the cases and your inputs in improving our skills. Your radiant smile and the encouraging words will always stay with us. Sir, Your impact continues in every student you encouraged.Though we wish we had more time with you, we are deeply grateful for the time we were given. You will be missed more than words can express, but your legacy lives on in the best parts of all of us. Much gratitude and regards 🙏🏻

We have very fond memories of Dr Premanand Pai Dhungat over the years. He was always present with a ready a smile & a gentle laugh. I remember him carrying off a cigar - dapper as ever. We are forever indebted to him & to Padmini aunty who delivered our 3 children to us over 30 years ago. I remember, even on his 90th birthday last year how well he interacted with all, was very alert & remembered each of the guests - - asking of their well being & their families. He was a true karma yogi, dedicated to the medical profession & active to the last. Anoop, Madan, Nitin, Sonu, Varsha - Condolences & Strength to all of you & may you carry his pleasant memories through your lives.

Rest in peace, Ajoba. 🤍 For me, Ajoba defined what grandfatherly love looks like. Since I didn't meet my own grandfathers, watching his warmth, patience, and gentle presence with Miku, Ishu, and the rest of us was the sweetest thing. He was such a loving soul who was always smiling. I’ve always admired how he and Aaji balanced being such successful doctors while keeping family life so full and happy. They were so cool and grounded, a real inspiration to many. That specific vibe flows through the whole PaiD family, and that legacy lives on.

I will always remember Pepe kaka's smiling face, mild soft spoken person always telling jokes and yes can't forget cigar/ pipe, that's my childhood memory, always looking forward to meeting Pepe kaka and Padmini kaki during Ganesh chaturthi initially at Meghdoot then at Harbour heights. Will always remember Pepe kaka phoning and asking whenever my dad or mom were not well, daily his phone would come specially to inquire about them and it became a silent support, made me feel less alone. I am glad I met him a few months back and was hoping to see him soon , I will always remember you fondly dear Pepe Kaka

My childhood is nothing but filled with hilarious and loving moments with Anoop Jiaji, Sonu Didi, Miku and Ishu. I was literally always with them and their house. And this meant that I got so many opportunities to be around Aaji and Ajoba. I barely met my grandparents, so for me calling someone Aaji and Ajoba was really special. They by default became my Aaji and Ajoba too. I always loved seeing how much they loved Miku and Ishu, and how much they pampered them. His love felt so pure because it was in such sweets forms of hugs and kisses and deep endearment. You could truly feel it. When I was little, he would also make sure to hug or kiss me on my forehead when he did that to Miku and Ishu. I felt so loved every time I visited and stayed at Harbor Heights and their Lonavla bungalow. I have some of my best memories there! I’m really lucky I got to be around him and I always found his voice really unique and different. 💖

It has been an honour that I have been and still part of pai sirs unit . I started my gynaec in his unit and continued for all the terms . Sir has not only taught me the best surgical tricks but also always treated me as a part of his family The love and affection I have received is overwhelming and words can’t describe . I am blessed to have been under his guidance Will always miss you sir 🙏

मा.डॉ. प्रेमानंदजी धुंगट पै अर्थात "डँडींचे" नुकतेच दुःखद निधन झाले... शेवटपर्यंत क्रियाशील असणारे डँडी म्हणजे आपले आदर्श च आहेत!...वयपरत्वे मरण अटळच आहे पण, खूप समाधानकारक आणि आनंदी जगणं कसं असावं याचं मूर्तीमंत उदाहरण म्हणजे डॉ. पै सर...त्यांच्या जाण्याने पोकळी निर्माण झाली आहे हे नक्कीच... शेवटपर्यंत समाजासाठी ते कार्य करीत होते अंतिम समयी त्यांनी "देहदान"करून एक आदर्श घालून दिला आहे... मा.डॉ. धूंगट पै यांना आदरपूर्वक श्रध्दांजली...🙏🏽🙏🏽 गोविंद कुलकर्णी आणि समस्त परिवार, लातूर।।
